The Managing Director and Plant Manager look back on the first year since taking over the site from Mundipharma. The shareholders are highly satisfied with the business development so far, but it is becoming clear that it will be difficult to fill the vacant positions. However, it is expected that FIDELIO Healthcare will increasingly be perceived as a reliable local employer and that commuters in particular will consider relocating to the region.
