Melanie Jung

Melanie Jung is responsible for the team spirit in our company. As head of the HR department, she is the first point of contact for all personnel matters. She makes sure employees' concerns are addressed and that they are content with their work environment - successfully as the low staff turnover at FIDELIO Healthcare shows.

Melanie Jung began her career with an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk and, after graduating, worked in drug safety. From there she switched to Research & Development. Before commencing work in the Human Resources department in 2009, she held several positions within the company. She is therefore not only familiar with HR tasks, but also with the laboratories and the production processes.

Thanks to her work experience and two extra-occupational degree programs, Melanie Jung is now our expert for personnel matters. She has been qualified as an instructor since 2005 and a member of the examination board for trainers since 2011. She is furthermore a familiar face at the Social Court of Wiesbaden as an honorary judge.
